This is not a tidy blog.

There are no neat bows here, no 5-step formulas for healing.

Just raw stories, cracked-open truths, and the long, slow business of surviving what should have destroyed you.

If you’ve landed here, maybe life has done a number on you, too.

Maybe you’ve loved someone you couldn’t save.

Maybe you’ve carried grief like a second skin.

Maybe you’ve been the strong one for too long, and something in you is starting to splinter.

You’re not alone.

This space is for the ones who feel a little out of place in the world. The ones still haunted by old wounds, still shaped by love that left an irreversible mark. The ones who believe in meaning, even in the mess.

Here, I write about:

  • Grief that doesn’t follow a timeline

  • Love that lingers long after it’s gone

  • Trauma and the way it quietly rewires us

  • Addiction, both our own and others’

  • And the strange, stubborn hope that shows up anyway

There’s reflection, rage, tenderness, and dark humour in all the places it fits.

If you’re not sure where to begin, you might want to start with one of these:

And if you just want to sit quietly for now — that’s ok too.

Some stories ask only that we witness them.

Welcome in.

Take what you need.

Leave the rest.
